This website allows you to place your order online and pay via PayPal. 

Placing an online order: Step-by-Step Guide

Find the item you wish to order using the Limited Edition Prints tab on the main menu, or by using the 'search' icon in the top right corner of the page. (if you already know the title of the print you are looking for). 

Click 'Add to cart' on the product page of each item you wish to purchase. Remember when choosing items to select the desired version of the title you require (e.g. Mounted Print or Framed Print etc).


Review your shopping basket

You can review your shopping basket at any time, by clicking on the 'basket' icon in the top right corner of the page.

Adjust quantities using the '+' and '-' buttons, or remove items using the 'trash can' icon.

 

Checkout

Click the 'Checkout' button once you're happy with the items you wish to order.

You are now browsing our secure server.

Here, you can either use the Express checkout 'PayPal' button at the top of the screen, or enter your details manually below.

 

Delivery and Payment

Select the desired delivery option from the following two options: 

Collect from High Post Golf Club - FREE

Weekday Courier Delivery, UK Mainland - £10.00

 

What Happens Next?

You will receive an email confirming our receipt of your order. You do not need to reply to this unless you have any questions or concerns.

We will then process your order, checking availability of the products you require, then call you to arrange your delivery or collection from High Post Golf Club. 

 

Returning or Exchanging Goods

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN YOUR ORDER WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST

 

Return of Faulty Goods

If for any reason your purchase has been damaged in transit and does not arrive in perfect condition please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange an exchange or refund as quickly as possible and at your convenience. Please repack your purchase in the original packaging.

We advise checking your order as soon as possible once it has been delivered to ensure that you are happy. If an item is received faulty, please contact us on 01425 655576 as soon as possible so that we may arrange for a repair or replacement.

 

Return of Unwanted Goods

1. FREE 14 Day Return Policy

If you decide that you would like to cancel or return your order, you can take advantage of our free returns policy by contacting us on 01425 655576 to let us know within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original condition and original packaging, and is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. We will arrange for the item(s) to be collected from you free of charge. Your refund (including the original delivery charge) will be processed as soon as it has been received and checked by our office.

NB. To be eligible for a free return your purchase must be repackaged in its original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging you must package and return your order at your own cost. You will also be liable for the goods arriving back with us in perfect condition. We therefore suggest using a trackable delivery service.

If an order is collected by us and is not packaged in the original packaging we reserve the right to deduct the return carriage cost and the cost of any repair to damage caused during transit.

 

2. 30 Day Return Policy

If you decide that you would like to cancel or return your order after 14 days and within 30 days of receipt of your order please contact us on 01425 655576 to let us know. Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original condition and original packaging, and is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Please arrange for the item(s) to be delivered to our offices (we will confirm the address when you contact us) - we recommend obtaining proof of despatch and tracking, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods not received. Your refund will be processed as soon as it has been received and checked by our office.

Delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund due.
